Paper Hangars

Paper hangars are for storing paper. They continue the exploration of handmade plywood construction explored in the Wedding Capsule. All joinery is mitered for a completely seamless appearance. The top and bottom are designed to fit so closely that when the lid is dropped on to the bottom, it sinks slowly down on its own cushion of air escaping from inside. These are protoypes for several ideas currently on the cranewalk drawing boards for stowage. Black walnut, various sizes.
